This jam is bold, sweet and slightly tangy. It is a favorite among any zanmann, Indian-almonds also known as badamier, lover. Just like with the peach jam, this is a two-step recipe. You must first cook the fruits, then prepare your jam. I use the same cooking water for the jam so as to preserve the flavors.
