Mango Baptiste is a typical Haitian mango not easily found outside of the country. This particular mango has a really smooth yellow to orange skin when it’s fully ripe, and a mildly sweet deep orange flesh that is always firm and thus easy to cut into chunks that retain their shapes.
I grew up with a Mango Batiste tree in my backyard in Haiti. we still have fruits in in 9 months out of the year.
oh I wish! They’re my favorite!
