Une en particulier m\u2019a marqu\u00e9e. J\u2019ai r\u00e9cemment fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 des raviolis aux \u00e9crevisses. Une grande premi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je n&#8217;avais jamais tent\u00e9 l\u2019aventure des p\u00e2tes fait-maison auparavant.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai plut\u00f4t pass\u00e9 les derni\u00e8res cinq ou six ann\u00e9es \u00e0 en r\u00eaver et \u00e0 inventer toutes sortes d\u2019excuses pour ne pas m\u2019y mettre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>pas de moulin \u00e0 p\u00e2tes, ces machines sont trop lourdes, je ne l\u2019utiliserai pas assez&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la semaine derni\u00e8re, tout allait changer. Il a suffi d\u2019une publication sur mon compte Instagram pour que je mette finalement toutes mes appr\u00e9hensions de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Je venais de publier une image de djondjon, et un de mes \u201cfollowers\u201d sugg\u00e9ra que je pr\u00e9pare des raviolis au djondjon et aux \u00e9crevisses. Ma premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action fut de penser qu\u2019elle me sugg\u00e9rait une simple sauce au djondjon pour accompagner des raviolis. En fait, elle avait en t\u00eate toute autre chose. A son avis, la p\u00e2te m\u00eame des raviolis devait \u00eatre infus\u00e9e de djondjon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En peu de mots, elle me demandait des p\u00e2tes fait-maison.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Et j\u2019ai suivi son conseil, non sans avoir bien s\u00fbr&nbsp; tent\u00e9 mon excuse \u00e9ternelle: je n\u2019ai pas de moulin \u00e0 p\u00e2tes, excuse qu\u2019elle rejeta en me disant:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Vous n&#8217;avez besoin que d&#8217;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Apparemment, je n\u2019attendais que ce \u201cpush\u201d depuis toutes ces ann\u00e9es. C\u2019est ainsi que, samedi, arm\u00e9e d\u2019un simple rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, je me mis \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner des raviolis. J\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi mes toutes premi\u00e8res p\u00e2tes ! Et vous pouvez le faire aussi.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne suis pas en train de pr\u00e9tendre \u00eatre expert en la mati\u00e8re. Je ne tente pas non plus de vous donner des conseils pour r\u00e9ussir les v\u00f4tres. L\u2019unique conseil que je puisse vous prodiguer est de vous pr\u00e9parer mentalement au grand effort musculaire; conseil qui ne vous sera utile que si, comme moi, vous d\u00e9cidez d\u2019utiliser un rouleau pour \u00e9taler votre p\u00e2te, \u00e9videmment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous dirai \u00e9galement que j&#8217;ai emprunt\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9 la recette de raviolis du blog <a href=\"https:\/\/juliasalbum.com\/spinach-ravioli-cream-sauce-ricotta-cheese-filling-cherry-tomatoes-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Julia&#8217;s Album<\/a> en utilisant un bouillon de djondjon fait-maison en lieu et place de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mais, je me vanterai surtout d\u2019avoir r\u00e9ussi mes raviolis et de les avoir servis avec une irr\u00e9sistible sauce cr\u00e9meuse au vin et aux champignons.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/djondjon-shrimp-ravioli-tchakayiti-haiti.jpg?resize=800%2C1200\" alt=\"Haitian style djondjon shrimp ravioli served with a creamy djondjon mushroom sauce | tchakayiti.com\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mes raviolis, je les ai fourr\u00e9s de crevettes au beurre \u00e0 l\u2019ail, et les ai fait cuire dans un bouillon de djondjon aux fruits de mer afin de mieux faire ressortir le go\u00fbt de ce champignon end\u00e9mique d\u2019Ha\u00efti. Ma sauce aux champignons fut elle aussi infus\u00e9e de djondjon et d\u2019un trait de vin. Un pur r\u00e9gal servi avec du persil frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ma tabl\u00e9e fut enchant\u00e9e de mes raviolis de crevettes au djondjon.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon seul regret est de ne les avoir pas accompagn\u00e9s de pain frais pour une trempette dans la sauce. Je referai certainement cette aventure qui m\u2019a redonn\u00e9 envie de passer de longues heures en cuisine. Les mots ne suffisent pas pour remercier cette internaute de m\u2019avoir finalement donn\u00e9 le courage de me mettre aux p\u00e2tes fait-maison. Mais je sais que vous ne serez pas nombreux \u00e0 vouloir faire tout ce travail. \n\nNe vous inqui\u00e9tez pas si vous optez pour des raviolis d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Vous pourrez tout de m\u00eame profiter de cette recette. Faites simplement cuire les p\u00e2tes dans le bouillon de djondjon aux fruits de mer, et accompagnez-les de la sauce aux champignons. Les deux recettes sont disponibles plus bas. \n\nMa recette de base pour les raviolis fait-maison est tir\u00e9e du blog Julia\u2019s Album. J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 un bouillon de djondjon pour la p\u00e2te.  \n\nJe dois vous dire que cet ajout de djondjon directement \u00e0 la p\u00e2te ne la colore pas tant. J\u2019ai plut\u00f4t pass\u00e9 les derni\u00e8res cinq ou six ann\u00e9es \u00e0 en r\u00eaver et \u00e0 inventer toutes sortes d\u2019excuses pour ne pas m\u2019y mettre: pas de moulin \u00e0 p\u00e2tes, ces machines sont trop lourdes, je ne l\u2019utiliserai pas assez&#8230; Mais la semaine derni\u00e8re, tout allait changer. Il a suffi d\u2019une publication sur mon compte Instagram pour que je mette finalement toutes mes appr\u00e9hensions de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Je venais de publier une image de djondjon, et un de mes \u201cfollowers\u201d sugg\u00e9ra que je pr\u00e9pare des raviolis au djondjon et aux \u00e9crevisses. Ma premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action fut de penser qu\u2019elle me sugg\u00e9rait une simple sauce au djondjon pour accompagner des raviolis. En fait, elle avait en t\u00eate toute autre chose. A son avis, la p\u00e2te m\u00eame des raviolis devait \u00eatre infus\u00e9e de djondjon. En peu de mots, elle me demandait des p\u00e2tes fait-maison.&nbsp; Et j\u2019ai suivi son conseil, non sans avoir bien s\u00fbr&nbsp; tent\u00e9 mon excuse \u00e9ternelle: je n\u2019ai pas de moulin \u00e0 p\u00e2tes, excuse qu\u2019elle rejeta en me disant:&nbsp; Vous n&#8217;avez besoin que d&#8217;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Apparemment, je n\u2019attendais que ce \u201cpush\u201d depuis toutes ces ann\u00e9es. C\u2019est ainsi que, samedi, arm\u00e9e d\u2019un simple rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, je me mis \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner des raviolis. Je ne pense pas avoir autant fait travailler mes muscles des bras avant.&nbsp; Cet effort musculaire en valu la peine. J\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi mes toutes premi\u00e8res p\u00e2tes ! Et vous pouvez le faire aussi.&nbsp; Je ne suis pas en train de pr\u00e9tendre \u00eatre expert en la mati\u00e8re. Je ne tente pas non plus de vous donner des conseils pour r\u00e9ussir les v\u00f4tres. L\u2019unique conseil que je puisse vous prodiguer est de vous pr\u00e9parer mentalement au grand effort musculaire; conseil qui ne vous sera utile que si, comme moi, vous d\u00e9cidez d\u2019utiliser un rouleau pour \u00e9taler votre p\u00e2te, \u00e9videmment.&nbsp; Je vous dirai \u00e9galement que j&#8217;ai emprunt\u00e9 et adapt\u00e9 la recette de raviolis du blog Julia&#8217;s Album en utilisant un bouillon de djondjon fait-maison en lieu et place de l\u2019eau. Mais, je me vanterai surtout d\u2019avoir r\u00e9ussi mes raviolis et de les avoir servis avec une irr\u00e9sistible sauce cr\u00e9meuse au vin et aux champignons. Mes raviolis, je les ai fourr\u00e9s de crevettes au beurre \u00e0 l\u2019ail, et les ai fait cuire dans un bouillon de djondjon aux fruits de mer afin de mieux faire ressortir le go\u00fbt de ce champignon end\u00e9mique d\u2019Ha\u00efti. Ma sauce aux champignons fut elle aussi infus\u00e9e de djondjon et d\u2019un trait de vin. Un pur r\u00e9gal servi avec du persil frais. Ma tabl\u00e9e fut enchant\u00e9e de mes raviolis de crevettes au djondjon. Mon seul regret est de ne les avoir pas accompagn\u00e9s de pain frais pour une trempette dans la sauce. Je referai certainement cette aventure qui m\u2019a redonn\u00e9 envie de passer de longues heures en cuisine.
