Nous tentons tous de nous am\u00e9liorer avec le temps, non? Enfin, je fais l\u00e0 des v\u0153ux pieux. Ce serait mieux qu\u2019on retourne \u00e0 nos moutons, \u00e0 savoir nos l\u00e9gumes. J\u2019aurais pu me contenter de les saupoudrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de l\u2019incontournable fromage T\u00eate de Maure. Mais je voulais aussi changer leur pr\u00e9sentation et les tourner en petites bouch\u00e9es. De plus, la coque de fromage leur apporte une touche croquante fun et les transforme en de d\u00e9licieux tacos faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Il suffit de faire fondre le fromage et de le plier en pochette avant qu\u2019il ne se refroidisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Facile, non? D\u00e9cidez-en par vous-m\u00eame. Pour r\u00e9aliser ces tacos v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, il vous faudra:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hacher et cuire les l\u00e9gumes au four selon la recette de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re: Coupez, cependant, vos navets, pommes de terre et giraumon en petits d\u00e9s. Puisque vous travaillez avec des morceaux plus petits, la cuisson sera plus rapide. Evitez de les laisser cuire trop longtemps pour qu\u2019ils ne perdent pas leur croquant.<\/li><li>Utiliser votre meilleur po\u00ealon: Il doit \u00eatre antiadh\u00e9sif comme les <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3kjfhZV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">po\u00ealons Red Copper,<\/a> par exemple. Faites chauffer votre po\u00eale et d\u00e9posez-y environ un tiers de tasse de fromage par coque. Laissez fondre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit dor\u00e9 d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et pliable en deux. Otez votre fromage soigneusement \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d\u2019une spatule et repliez-le sur lui-m\u00eame en le pla\u00e7ant dans un moule \u00e0 cupcake invers\u00e9. Laisser refroidir. Il est fort probable que certaines coques se fissurent durant le processus. Ne paniquez pas et surtout n\u2019abandonnez pas. Si vous n\u2019arrivez pas \u00e0 les plier, laissez refroidir le fromage fondu \u00e0 plat et servez plut\u00f4t des tostadas de l\u00e9gumes au fromage. Mais je voulais aussi changer leur pr\u00e9sentation et les tourner en petites bouch\u00e9es. De plus, la coque de fromage leur apporte une touche croquante fun et les transforme en de d\u00e9licieux tacos faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Il suffit de faire fondre le fromage et de le plier en pochette avant qu\u2019il ne se refroidisse. Facile, non? D\u00e9cidez-en par vous-m\u00eame.
