Ces \u00e9changes m\u2019ont permis de me rendre compte qu\u2019il \u00e9tait grand temps que je d\u00e9die un article \u00e0 ces id\u00e9es recettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cette publication fait donc suite aux publications pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes faisant \u00e9loge de la versatilit\u00e9 du ma\u00efs moulu.<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polenta-corn-haiti-mais-mayi-moulen-tchakayiti.jpg?resize=800%2C1200\" alt=\"Mayi moulen better known as polenta elsewhere or ma\u00efs moulu. | tchakayiti.com\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous retrouverez effectivement sur le blog des recettes d\u00e9taill\u00e9es pour des <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-djondjon-polenta-bites-world-food-championships\/\">bouch\u00e9es de mayi djondjon<\/a> et des <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-mayi-moulen-polenta-bites\/\">bouch\u00e9es garnies de aranso ou autre farce<\/a>. Ces recettes ne mettent, cependant, en avant que des bouch\u00e9es de polenta froides. Pourtant, si vous me suivez sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, vous savez que le ma\u00efs moulu se pr\u00eate aussi \u00e0 diverses pr\u00e9parations frites : chips, toasts, frites&#8230;autant de recettes qui suivent la m\u00eame formule de base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Pour pr\u00e9parer vos frites, chips, biscuits ou toasts de polenta, vous devez d&#8217;abord faire cuire votre ma\u00efs, le laisser refroidir sur une plaque de cuisson, puis le couper selon la forme et l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur souhait\u00e9es avant la friture.<\/p><p>D\u00e9coupez-le en rectangles et vous obtiendrez des toasts. Faites-en des b\u00e2tonnets \u00e9pais pour des frites ou utilisez un emporte-pi\u00e8ce pour des chips fun.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polenta-toasts-haiti-mayi-moulu-grille-tchakayiti.jpg?resize=800%2C1200\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Faites attention aux \u00e9claboussures La polenta pr\u00e9par\u00e9e contient de l\u2019eau. Pour \u00e9viter les projections d\u2019huile, utilisez moins d\u2019eau lors de la cuisson initiale. Contrairement \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle qui demande parfois 4 \u00e0 6 fois la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau, utilisez 2 \u00bd \u00e0 3 tasses d&#8217;eau pour chaque tasse de polenta. Rappelez-vous que la cuisson du ma\u00efs continuera au moment de la friture.<\/li><li>Utilisez une casserole anti-adh\u00e9sive Le ma\u00efs a tendance \u00e0 coller \u00e0 la po\u00eale au d\u00e9but de la friture pour s\u2019en d\u00e9tacher une fois croustillant. Mais avec la mauvaise casserole, il risque aussi de s\u2019\u00e9craser. La casserole ad\u00e9quate limitera donc les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. Je vous recommande les casseroles <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3kgHaSE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Red Copper<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3krFbvb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gotham Steel<\/a> que vous pourrez simplement tamponner d\u2019huile avant la cuisson contrairement aux autres qui demanderont bien plus de graisse. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/grilled-polenta-grille-haiti-tchakayiti.jpg?resize=800%2C1200\" alt=\"Grilled polenta taste juste as great as fried polenta. | tchakayiti.com\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\">Notez cependant que la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019huile aura un impact sur la texture de votre polenta. Avec moins de graisse vous obtiendrez des toasts grill\u00e9s comme ceux-ci : Pour des frites, vous devrez donc quand m\u00eame utiliser une ou deux bonnes cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es d\u2019huile.<\/li><li>Si vous n\u2019aimez pas les fritures, vous pouvez cuire votre polenta au four Enrobez simplement vos morceaux de polenta d\u2019huile et faites cuire au four jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s et croustillants de toutes parts. Cette m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration est cependant plus longue. Elle peut aller au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une heure selon l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de vos morceaux qu\u2019il vous faudra disposer sur une plaque de cuisson. Cette publication fait donc suite aux publications pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes faisant \u00e9loge de la versatilit\u00e9 du ma\u00efs moulu. Vous retrouverez effectivement sur le blog des recettes d\u00e9taill\u00e9es pour des bouch\u00e9es de mayi djondjon et des bouch\u00e9es garnies de aranso ou autre farce. Ces recettes ne mettent, cependant, en avant que des bouch\u00e9es de polenta froides. Pourtant, si vous me suivez sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, vous savez que le ma\u00efs moulu se pr\u00eate aussi \u00e0 diverses pr\u00e9parations frites : chips, toasts, frites&#8230;autant de recettes qui suivent la m\u00eame formule de base. Pour pr\u00e9parer vos frites, chips, biscuits ou toasts de polenta, vous devez d&#8217;abord faire cuire votre ma\u00efs, le laisser refroidir sur une plaque de cuisson, puis le couper selon la forme et l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur souhait\u00e9es avant la friture. D\u00e9coupez-le en rectangles et vous obtiendrez des toasts. Faites-en des b\u00e2tonnets \u00e9pais pour des frites ou utilisez un emporte-pi\u00e8ce pour des chips fun. Faites attention aux \u00e9claboussures La polenta pr\u00e9par\u00e9e contient de l\u2019eau. Pour \u00e9viter les projections d\u2019huile, utilisez moins d\u2019eau lors de la cuisson initiale. Contrairement \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle qui demande parfois 4 \u00e0 6 fois la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau, utilisez 2 \u00bd \u00e0 3 tasses d&#8217;eau pour chaque tasse de polenta. Rappelez-vous que la cuisson du ma\u00efs continuera au moment de la friture. Utilisez une casserole anti-adh\u00e9sive Le ma\u00efs a tendance \u00e0 coller \u00e0 la po\u00eale au d\u00e9but de la friture pour s\u2019en d\u00e9tacher une fois croustillant. Mais avec la mauvaise casserole, il risque aussi de s\u2019\u00e9craser. La casserole ad\u00e9quate limitera donc les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. Je vous recommande les casseroles Red Copper ou Gotham Steel que vous pourrez simplement tamponner d\u2019huile avant la cuisson contrairement aux autres qui demanderont bien plus de graisse. Notez cependant que la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019huile aura un impact sur la texture de votre polenta. Avec moins de graisse vous obtiendrez des toasts grill\u00e9s comme ceux-ci : Pour des frites, vous devrez donc quand m\u00eame utiliser une ou deux bonnes cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es d\u2019huile. Si vous n\u2019aimez pas les fritures, vous pouvez cuire votre polenta au four Enrobez simplement vos morceaux de polenta d\u2019huile et faites cuire au four jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s et croustillants de toutes parts. Cette m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration est cependant plus longue. Elle peut aller au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une heure selon l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de vos morceaux qu\u2019il vous faudra disposer sur une plaque de cuisson.
