Comme je le mentionne dans mon <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/lame-veritable-lam-veritab-haiti\/\">article sur les veritab<\/a>, ce fruit que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert sur la cour de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation alors que j\u2019\u00e9tais au jardin d\u2019enfant, nous le consommons en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sous forme de vivre alimentaire en accompagnement \u00e0 nos repas principaux. Veritab bouillies, veritab frites sous formes d\u2019accord\u00e9on, papita veritab, <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/lames-veritables-pesees\/\">veritab pes\u00e9es<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/veritab-boukannen-jacmel\/\">boucan\u00e9es<\/a>, tom tom&#8230; ces recettes typiques sont les plus connues sur notre terroir.
