A travers le monde, nombreux sont ceux qui se pr\u00e9parent des festins autour du gril. Pour nous en Ha\u00efti, il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t d\u2019une saison fruit\u00e9e qui ne semble pas du tout influencer notre cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nous ne pratiquons pas vraiment la cuisine saisonni\u00e8re en Ha\u00efti.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne semblons pas avoir de traditions culinaires sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 ou aux quatre saisons telles que d\u00e9finies \u00e0 travers le monde. En revanche, certains \u00e9v\u00e9nements influencent notre cuisine. Le 5 janvier, nous d\u00e9gustons la <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/galette-des-rois\/\">Galette des Rois<\/a>. Nous faisons frire des <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-beignets\/\">beignets de bananes<\/a> durant la p\u00e9riode carnavalesque. A P\u00e2ques nous pr\u00e9parons <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/poisson-gros-sel\/\">poisson gros sel,<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/fried-beans\/\">pois frits<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-salade-russe\/\">salade russe<\/a>. Les <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-christmas-dinner\/\">incontournables de No\u00ebl<\/a> incluent dinde et&nbsp; jambon r\u00f4tis, ainsi que l&#8217;in\u00e9vitable Buche de Noel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui a trait \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9, je ne saurais vous \u00e9num\u00e9rer des plats sp\u00e9cifiques autres que le <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/mayi-boukannen-mayi-bouyi\/\">mayi boukannen, le mayi bouyi<\/a> ou une <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/summer-in-a-fruit-cup\/\">salade de fruits<\/a> qui ne remplacent pas nos repas principaux. Nos habitudes culinaires ne changent pas beaucoup durant cette p\u00e9riode de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je peux cependant vous laisser une liste de fruits de l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9guster.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette p\u00e9riode nous apporte une abondance de r\u00e9coltes. Vous trouverez mangues, ananas, melons, <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/quenepes\/\">quen\u00eapes<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/caribbean-apricot-abricot-antilles\/\">abricots des Cara\u00efbes<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/frustration-avocado-tree\/\">avocats<\/a> \u00e0 chaque coin de rue Ils remplissent une grande majorit\u00e9 des paniers des marchands ambulants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourtant, ces fruits ne semblent pas trouver leur chemin dans notre cuisine.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons tendance \u00e0 les manger crus ou sous forme de jus. C\u2019est ce constat qui m\u2019encourage aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 incorporer plus de fruits dans mes plats. Pour entrer dans la tendance mondiale de se rencontrer autour du gril en \u00e9t\u00e9, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019en faire autant, bien qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agisse pas d\u2019une tradition de chez nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que beaucoup de personnes attendent avec impatience les chaudes journ\u00e9es de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 pour&nbsp; se rencontrer autour du gril, en Ha\u00efti, traditionnellement, nous ne faisons rien de tel. Au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9, vous apercevrez des marchands ambulants avec leurs grils de fortune garnis de mayi boukannen&nbsp; et c\u2019est tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceci dit, vous ne trouverez pas les recettes ci-dessous dans les cuisines traditionnelles ha\u00eftiennes.
