En plus d\u2019avoir un aspect terne, ce fruit entier ne semble pas avoir d\u2019ar\u00f4me. Les fruits m\u00fbrs ont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9gager un doux parfum.
