C\u2019est vrai que j\u2019ai grandi entour\u00e9e de fraises des bois sauvages que je cueillais le long des routes. Mais, enfant, je ne connaissais que cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de baies. Ces fraises sauvages nous aidaient \u00e0 gravir les pentes de nos escapades de plus de trois heures \u00e0 pied que nous faisions avec mon p\u00e8re ; escapades dont je vous parle plus en d\u00e9tails dans mon article <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/fraises-des-bois-mures-rezen\/\">Fraises des bois ? M\u00fbres ? \u00ab Rezen \u00bb ?. Ces longues marches \u00e9taient gourmandes.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourtant, je ne pouvais m\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019envier ces enfants dont je d\u00e9couvrais les aventures en lecture.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jeunes filles de ma g\u00e9n\u00e9ration savent de quoi je parle. Nos collections de <em>Martine<\/em> et <em>Comtesse de S\u00e9gur<\/em> nous en disaient long. Ces livres nous faisaient r\u00eaver d\u2019aventures en plein air. Je peux prendre en exemple <em>Les Petites Filles Mod\u00e8les<\/em> de <em>Comtesse de S\u00e9gur<\/em> qui partaient souvent \u00e0 la cueillette de diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de baies. Elles cueillaient et mangeaient tant de fruits qu\u2019elles se t\u00e2chaient les v\u00eatements et faisaient m\u00eame des indigestions. J\u2019avoue que j\u2019ai longtemps r\u00eav\u00e9 d&#8217;en faire autant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es plus tard, mon r\u00eave devient finalement r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Je suis entour\u00e9e de diff\u00e9rents types de baies et je me retrouve \u00e0 me salir, voir m\u00eame me t\u00e2cher les mains de leurs jus. La preuve en est dans mes ongles. Depuis quelques jours, je porte une manucure French couleur baies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je peux donc d\u00e9sormais, avec joie, dire qu\u2019Ha\u00efti a aussi la saison des baies.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, nous avons r\u00e9colt\u00e9, dans notre cour : m\u00fbres, fraises et fraises des bois. Il va sans dire qu\u2019avec autant de fruits, j\u2019en ai eu des aventures fruit\u00e9es en cuisine ; aventures qui ne font que commencer. Je vous laisse plus bas, une liste de mes mani\u00e8res pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es de consommer ces baies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce r\u00e9pertoire grandira certainement au fil des semaines, courtoisie du confinement. Entre temps, je vous invite \u00e0 d\u00e9guster ces id\u00e9es fruit\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>D\u00e9gustez vos baies \u00e0 m\u00eame l\u2019arbre :<\/strong> C\u2019est ma mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de manger nos baies. Vous me retrouverez souvent ces temps ci, tasse de caf\u00e9 en main, \u00e0 jongler dans le gazon encore humide de la ros\u00e9e pour cueillir des fruits. C\u2019est ainsi que je fais mon plein de vitamines C le matin.<\/li><li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez un verre de jus frais :<\/strong> Lorsque nous r\u00e9coltons plus de baies que de raison, nous en faisons du jus. Ces derniers temps, nous combinons fraises et m\u00fbres que nous r\u00e9duisons en pur\u00e9e et d\u00e9gustons sur glace. J\u2019aime ajouter un peu de citron au mien. Mon p\u00e8re lui, opte pour du jus au lait. Je vous invite \u00e0 essayer ces deux formules et \u00e0 adopter celle que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/how-to-eat-mulberry-curd\/\">Pr\u00e9parez une cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres<\/a> :<\/strong> Cette cr\u00e8me fruit\u00e9e se pr\u00eatera \u00e0 tous les jeux de votre imagination culinaire. Elle agr\u00e9mente \u00e0 merveille cr\u00eapes et gaufres. Je suis pr\u00eate \u00e0 parier qu\u2019elle serait excellente sur un g\u00e2teau. J\u2019avoue que mon premier bocal a disparu en quelques heures. Je l\u2019ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 avec un yaourt Grec et du granola. Moi je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le rhum blanc.<\/li><li><strong>Mettez-vous \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie et pr\u00e9parez une tarte aux m\u00fbres :<\/strong> Garnissez une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte des ingr\u00e9dients de la compote sans pr\u00e9parer de compote. Cette <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themerchantbaker.com\/blueberry-galette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recette devrait vous inspirer<\/a>. Vous pouvez sucrer et agr\u00e9menter au go\u00fbt. Pour une touche ha\u00eftienne, j&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 un peu de rapadou et du thym \u00e0 la mienne.<\/li><li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez une glace :<\/strong> Je r\u00eave d\u2019une glace aux m\u00fbres. Malheureusement, les longues coupures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ne me permettent pas encore cette aventure gourmande. J\u2019esp\u00e8re tout de m\u00eame pouvoir en d\u00e9guster avant la fin de la saison. M\u00fbres ? \u00ab Rezen \u00bb ?. Ces longues marches \u00e9taient gourmandes. Pourtant, je ne pouvais m\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019envier ces enfants dont je d\u00e9couvrais les aventures en lecture. Les jeunes filles de ma g\u00e9n\u00e9ration savent de quoi je parle. Nos collections de Martine et Comtesse de S\u00e9gur nous en disaient long. Ces livres nous faisaient r\u00eaver d\u2019aventures en plein air. Je peux prendre en exemple Les Petites Filles Mod\u00e8les de Comtesse de S\u00e9gur qui partaient souvent \u00e0 la cueillette de diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de baies. Elles cueillaient et mangeaient tant de fruits qu\u2019elles se t\u00e2chaient les v\u00eatements et faisaient m\u00eame des indigestions. J\u2019avoue que j\u2019ai longtemps r\u00eav\u00e9 d&#8217;en faire autant. Aujourd\u2019hui, une trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es plus tard, mon r\u00eave devient finalement r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Je suis entour\u00e9e de diff\u00e9rents types de baies et je me retrouve \u00e0 me salir, voir m\u00eame me t\u00e2cher les mains de leurs jus. La preuve en est dans mes ongles. Depuis quelques jours, je porte une manucure French couleur baies. Je peux donc d\u00e9sormais, avec joie, dire qu\u2019Ha\u00efti a aussi la saison des baies. Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, nous avons r\u00e9colt\u00e9, dans notre cour : m\u00fbres, fraises et fraises des bois. Il va sans dire qu\u2019avec autant de fruits, j\u2019en ai eu des aventures fruit\u00e9es en cuisine ; aventures qui ne font que commencer. Je vous laisse plus bas, une liste de mes mani\u00e8res pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es de consommer ces baies. Ce r\u00e9pertoire grandira certainement au fil des semaines, courtoisie du confinement. Vous me retrouverez souvent ces temps ci, tasse de caf\u00e9 en main, \u00e0 jongler dans le gazon encore humide de la ros\u00e9e pour cueillir des fruits. C\u2019est ainsi que je fais mon plein de vitamines C le matin. Pr\u00e9parez un verre de jus frais : Lorsque nous r\u00e9coltons plus de baies que de raison, nous en faisons du jus. Ces derniers temps, nous combinons fraises et m\u00fbres que nous r\u00e9duisons en pur\u00e9e et d\u00e9gustons sur glace. J\u2019aime ajouter un peu de citron au mien. Mon p\u00e8re lui, opte pour du jus au lait. Je vous invite \u00e0 essayer ces deux formules et \u00e0 adopter celle que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez. Pr\u00e9parez une cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres : Cette cr\u00e8me fruit\u00e9e se pr\u00eatera \u00e0 tous les jeux de votre imagination culinaire. Faites une compote aux m\u00fbres relev\u00e9e de zeste de citron et de thym: Ces petits pots feront durer la saison des baies bien plus longtemps, si vous arrivez \u00e0 y r\u00e9sister. J\u2019avoue que mon premier bocal a disparu en quelques heures. Je l\u2019ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 avec un yaourt Grec et du granola. Cette compote s\u2019allierait aussi bien avec du brie ou du camembert. Utilisez les baies pour garnir vos assiettes : A l\u2019heure du petit d\u00e9jeuner, vous pouvez garnir vos cr\u00eapes, gaufres et pancakes de m\u00fbres en plus de la cr\u00e8me. Pr\u00e9parez un cocktail : Organisez des happy hour faits-maison en \u00e9crasant quelques m\u00fbres avec un morceau de citron et des feuilles de ti bonm dans du sucre, compl\u00e9tez avec votre spiritueux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Moi je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le rhum blanc. Mettez-vous \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie et pr\u00e9parez une tarte aux m\u00fbres : Garnissez une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte des ingr\u00e9dients de la compote sans pr\u00e9parer de compote. Cette recette devrait vous inspirer. Vous pouvez sucrer et agr\u00e9menter au go\u00fbt. Pour une touche ha\u00eftienne, j&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 un peu de rapadou et du thym \u00e0 la mienne. Pr\u00e9parez une glace : Je r\u00eave d\u2019une glace aux m\u00fbres. Malheureusement, les longues coupures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ne me permettent pas encore cette aventure gourmande. J\u2019esp\u00e8re tout de m\u00eame pouvoir en d\u00e9guster avant la fin de la saison.
