Pourtant j&#8217;aime cette pur\u00e9e de carottes gratin\u00e9es qui a vu le jour par accident dans ma cuisine. Esprit contradictoire, je sais. Mais tout plein de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 comme vous le d\u00e9couvrirez dans les prochaines lignes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parlons d\u2019abord du c\u00f4t\u00e9 accidentel de cette pur\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette pur\u00e9e, je l\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois, sans y croire, il a y a sans doute un mois, le jour o\u00f9 je faisais griller mes choux. Afin d\u2019avoir une pr\u00e9sentation color\u00e9e, j\u2019avais mis \u00e0 bouillir les carottes rabougries de mon garde-manger avec les restants de choux. J\u2019avais choisi ces ingr\u00e9dients pour \u00e9viter le gaspillage. Si je ne les utilisais pas ce jour-l\u00e0, ces l\u00e9gumes atterriraient dans la poubelle vu qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 en agonie. &nbsp;Je n\u2019avais donc pas de grande pr\u00e9tention en les pr\u00e9parant. Mon objectif \u00e9tait de les r\u00e9duire en une pur\u00e9e que j\u2019utiliserais tout simplement pour colorer mon assiette. Mais, vu que je savais qu\u2019il fallait tout de m\u00eame que cette pur\u00e9e soit comestible, je l\u2019avais assaisonn\u00e9e de sel et de poivre. J\u2019avoue que je n\u2019imaginais pas que celle que j\u2019obtiendrais serait aussi surprenante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans toute sa simplicit\u00e9, cette pur\u00e9e explose en saveurs.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e, je fus transport\u00e9e dans une exp\u00e9rience gustative unique. Mes papilles en furent agr\u00e9ablement surprises. Celles des membres de ma famille aussi. A un point tel, que le dimanche suivant, nous entamions une aventure de pur\u00e9e de carottes. A la recherche de la meilleure formule, nous avons tant\u00f4t essay\u00e9 la pur\u00e9e avec les choux, tant\u00f4t avec des carottes locales et tant\u00f4t avec des carottes import\u00e9es. Elle est donc encore plus agr\u00e9able en bouche. Cette recette que je vous propose aujourd\u2019hui ne contient que des carottes. Fini les choux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cette pur\u00e9e de carottes au gratin n\u2019a point besoin d\u2019artifices pour \u00eatre excellente. Les carottes se suffisent \u00e0 elles-m\u00eames.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dois tout de m\u00eame vous avouer que ce qui m\u2019a impressionn\u00e9 le plus est le fait que j\u2019aie pu accepter de d\u00e9guster cette pur\u00e9e quelque soit la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019origine des carottes utilis\u00e9es. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement surprise par nos carottes \u00ab ha\u00eftiennes \u00bb pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sous cette forme. En fait, j\u2019ai une forte aversion pour ces l\u00e9gumes locaux. Nos carottes locales sont organiques. Elles ont donc un go\u00fbt plus fort que les import\u00e9es. Ces carottes ont le go\u00fbt de carottes. Et c&#8217;est pour cette raison que je ne les aime pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, dans cette pur\u00e9e, comme par magie elles se laissent manger. Bien que je n\u2019arrive toujours pas \u00e0 consommer les carottes sous une autre forme, cette pur\u00e9e de carottes au gratin a aujourd&#8217;hui une place importante dans mon r\u00e9pertoire culinaire. J\u2019avais choisi ces ingr\u00e9dients pour \u00e9viter le gaspillage. Si je ne les utilisais pas ce jour-l\u00e0, ces l\u00e9gumes atterriraient dans la poubelle vu qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 en agonie. &nbsp;Je n\u2019avais donc pas de grande pr\u00e9tention en les pr\u00e9parant. Mon objectif \u00e9tait de les r\u00e9duire en une pur\u00e9e que j\u2019utiliserais tout simplement pour colorer mon assiette. Mais, vu que je savais qu\u2019il fallait tout de m\u00eame que cette pur\u00e9e soit comestible, je l\u2019avais assaisonn\u00e9e de sel et de poivre. J\u2019avoue que je n\u2019imaginais pas que celle que j\u2019obtiendrais serait aussi surprenante. Dans toute sa simplicit\u00e9, cette pur\u00e9e explose en saveurs. D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e, je fus transport\u00e9e dans une exp\u00e9rience gustative unique. Mes papilles en furent agr\u00e9ablement surprises. Celles des membres de ma famille aussi. A un point tel, que le dimanche suivant, nous entamions une aventure de pur\u00e9e de carottes. A la recherche de la meilleure formule, nous avons tant\u00f4t essay\u00e9 la pur\u00e9e avec les choux, tant\u00f4t avec des carottes locales et tant\u00f4t avec des carottes import\u00e9es. Le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait \u00e9tonnamment d\u00e9licieux \u00e0 tous les coups. Si nous avons gard\u00e9 la version gratin\u00e9e c\u2019est parce qu\u2019elle est plus \u00e9paisse et cr\u00e9meuse que la simple pur\u00e9e. Elle est donc encore plus agr\u00e9able en bouche. Cette recette que je vous propose aujourd\u2019hui ne contient que des carottes. Fini les choux. Cette pur\u00e9e de carottes au gratin n\u2019a point besoin d\u2019artifices pour \u00eatre excellente. Les carottes se suffisent \u00e0 elles-m\u00eames. Je dois tout de m\u00eame vous avouer que ce qui m\u2019a impressionn\u00e9 le plus est le fait que j\u2019aie pu accepter de d\u00e9guster cette pur\u00e9e quelque soit la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019origine des carottes utilis\u00e9es. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement surprise par nos carottes \u00ab ha\u00eftiennes \u00bb pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sous cette forme. En fait, j\u2019ai une forte aversion pour ces l\u00e9gumes locaux. Nos carottes locales sont organiques. Elles ont donc un go\u00fbt plus fort que les import\u00e9es. Ces carottes ont le go\u00fbt de carottes. Et c&#8217;est pour cette raison que je ne les aime pas. Pourtant, dans cette pur\u00e9e, comme par magie elles se laissent manger. Bien que je n\u2019arrive toujours pas \u00e0 consommer les carottes sous une autre forme, cette pur\u00e9e de carottes au gratin a aujourd&#8217;hui une place importante dans mon r\u00e9pertoire culinaire.
