Je les ai toujours associ\u00e9es au fameux bl\u00e9 kole (bl\u00e9 cuit avec des pois) que j\u2019\u00e9tais forc\u00e9e de consommer au cours des dix premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de mon existence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A l\u2019\u00e9poque, je ne connaissais le bl\u00e9 que sous cette forme. Je l\u2019avais en horreur. Malheureusement, ce sentiment n\u00e9gatif fut aliment\u00e9 par les adultes de mon entourage. Croyant bien faire, ils ne me laissaient pas quitter la table sans avoir vid\u00e9 le contenu de mon assiette. Les larmes aux yeux et le nez coulant, j\u2019engloutissais donc malgr\u00e9 moi fourchettes apr\u00e8s fourchettes de ces grains sous le regard mena\u00e7ant des adultes, ce qui ne fit qu\u2019accroitre mon d\u00e9go\u00fbt. J\u2019associai pendant longtemps le bl\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que je consid\u00e9rais alors comme une injuste torture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du coup, lorsque je fus finalement en \u00e2ge de choisir mes aliments, je fis le choix d\u2019\u00e9viter le ces grains \u00e0 tout prix. Pendant longtemps, je refusai cat\u00e9goriquement le bl\u00e9 et ceci quelque soit la forme sous laquelle il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9. Que le mode de pr\u00e9paration soit diff\u00e9rent de celui de mon enfance ou pas, je n\u2019acceptais pas d\u2019en go\u00fbter m\u00eame quelques grains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, je fais pourtant finalement une exception. La raison&nbsp;? Ce blog tout simplement. Tout comme l\u2019an dernier j\u2019essayais le <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/millet-salad-a-new-way-to-eat-haitian-pitimi\/\">tabboul\u00e9 de pitimi<\/a>, formule qui m\u2019avait permis de red\u00e9couvrir le millet, cette ann\u00e9e je me suis finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 donner sa chance au bl\u00e9. Il fallait surtout que la cuisson ne soit pas p\u00e2teuse et que le bl\u00e9 soit aussi l\u00e9ger que possible. Une salade me semblait donc plus appropri\u00e9e. J\u2019ai choisi de l\u2019agr\u00e9menter simplement d\u2019herbes fraiches incluant le persil et le ti bonm afin de lui octroyer de la fraicheur et faire ainsi disparaitre&nbsp;l\u2019aspect lourd que je lui connaissais. Ce choix se r\u00e9v\u00e9la judicieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec cette salade j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert le bl\u00e9 sous un nouveau jour. Je crois bien que je donnerai finalement \u00e0 ces c\u00e9r\u00e9ales la chance de conqu\u00e9rir mon palais. Je sais d\u00e9sormais qu\u2019elles peuvent \u00eatre agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 manger. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que je croyais, cuits correctement, ces grains peuvent garder leur croquant tout en \u00e9tant moelleux et l\u00e9gers. Je crois que cette salade de bl\u00e9 marque pour moi le d\u00e9but de nombreuses aventures culinaires avec le bl\u00e9. Du coup, lorsque je fus finalement en \u00e2ge de choisir mes aliments, je fis le choix d\u2019\u00e9viter le ces grains \u00e0 tout prix. Pendant longtemps, je refusai cat\u00e9goriquement le bl\u00e9 et ceci quelque soit la forme sous laquelle il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9. Que le mode de pr\u00e9paration soit diff\u00e9rent de celui de mon enfance ou pas, je n\u2019acceptais pas d\u2019en go\u00fbter m\u00eame quelques grains. Aujourd\u2019hui, je fais pourtant finalement une exception. La raison&nbsp;? Ce blog tout simplement. Tout comme l\u2019an dernier j\u2019essayais le tabboul\u00e9 de pitimi, formule qui m\u2019avait permis de red\u00e9couvrir le millet, cette ann\u00e9e je me suis finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 donner sa chance au bl\u00e9. Pour se faire, je le pr\u00e9parai diff\u00e9remment. C\u2019est par choix que me suis tourn\u00e9e vers une cette salade de bl\u00e9. Voyez-vous, j\u2019ai \u00e9vit\u00e9 le bl\u00e9 kole parce que je savais que pour que mon palais accepte de consommer ces c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, il fallait que je les pr\u00e9pare autrement. Il fallait surtout que la cuisson ne soit pas p\u00e2teuse et que le bl\u00e9 soit aussi l\u00e9ger que possible. Une salade me semblait donc plus appropri\u00e9e. J\u2019ai choisi de l\u2019agr\u00e9menter simplement d\u2019herbes fraiches incluant le persil et le ti bonm afin de lui octroyer de la fraicheur et faire ainsi disparaitre&nbsp;l\u2019aspect lourd que je lui connaissais. Ce choix se r\u00e9v\u00e9la judicieux. Avec cette salade j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert le bl\u00e9 sous un nouveau jour. Je crois bien que je donnerai finalement \u00e0 ces c\u00e9r\u00e9ales la chance de conqu\u00e9rir mon palais. Je sais d\u00e9sormais qu\u2019elles peuvent \u00eatre agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 manger. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que je croyais, cuits correctement, ces grains peuvent garder leur croquant tout en \u00e9tant moelleux et l\u00e9gers. Je crois que cette salade de bl\u00e9 marque pour moi le d\u00e9but de nombreuses aventures culinaires avec le bl\u00e9.
