Auriez-vous jamais imagin\u00e9 retrouver votre bonheur dans un simple verre de jus?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On parle souvent de bonheur dans une tasse de caf\u00e9, donc nul besoin de vous dire que grande fut ma surprise lorsqu\u2019il y a quelques jours je d\u00e9couvris la joie de savourer un verre de jus fraichement press\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce jour-l\u00e0 je m\u2019\u00e9tais install\u00e9e au dehors pour profiter de notre beau temps et surtout de notre soleil tropical qui, apr\u00e8s de nombreux jours d\u2019absence, nous avait finalement gratifi\u00e9s de sa pr\u00e9sence. Pour jouir pleinement de cette agr\u00e9able journ\u00e9e, je m\u2019\u00e9tais aussi pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un verre de jus de chad\u00e8ques cueillies dans notre cour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je fus enchant\u00e9e d\u00e8s ma premi\u00e8re gorg\u00e9e. J\u2019avais la chance non seulement de boire mon jus pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, mais je consommais un jus fraichement cueilli de mon propre jardin! C\u2019est alors que je me suis aventur\u00e9e \u00e0 penser qu\u2019un fruit cueilli \u00e0 m\u00eame l\u2019arbre est beaucoup plus sain que tout autre fruit, m\u00eame ceux achet\u00e9s directement de nos marchands ambulants qui eux aussi ont d\u00e9finitivement \u00e9t\u00e9 cueillis \u00e0 m\u00eame l\u2019arbre.<\/p>\n\n\n

Je sais cette hypoth\u00e8se totalement fausse mais, ce jour-l\u00e0 je n\u2019ai pas pu m\u2019emp\u00eacher de penser \u00e0 ces matins o\u00f9, apr\u00e8s nos marches dans les hauteurs de Fermathe, je m\u2019aventure dans le jardin encore humide de ros\u00e9e pour savourer la nature et ses merveilleux fruits que je prends souvent en photos, dont quelques-unes se retrouvent sur notre page Instagram<\/a>, avant de les cueillir \u00e0 m\u00eame l\u2019arbre pour accompagner notre petit d\u00e9jeuner en famille. De simples moments de joie o\u00f9 le monde, l\u2019espace de quelques gorg\u00e9es para\u00eet tellement meilleur et plus agr\u00e9able \u00e0 vivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors permettez-moi d\u2019aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dire que c\u2019est ce qui arrive lorsque l\u2019on presse soi-m\u00eame un fruit que l\u2019on a soi-m\u00eame cueilli d\u2019un arbre de son propre jardin. On apprend \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier m\u00e8re nature et ses cadeaux fruit\u00e9s.  Moi, j\u2019ai aussi appris ce jour-l\u00e0 \u00e0 aimer mon Ha\u00efti un petit peu plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
