Cette question je me la pose souvent. A date, je n\u2019ai aucune r\u00e9ponse. Alors, aujourd\u2019hui, je vais tenter de justifier son existence dans les lignes qui suivent. En esp\u00e9rant que j\u2019arriverai \u00e0 me convaincre moi-m\u00eame qu\u2019elle en vaut la peine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voyez-vous, de par notre culture, nous mangeons beaucoup de bananes.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bouillies, frites ou<a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/bananes-pesees\/\"> pes\u00e9es<\/a>, ces vivres alimentaires se retrouvent \u00e0 tous les repas du midi et diners dignes de ce nom. Cette tradition culinaire peut sans doute vous sembler monotone. C\u2019est souvent le cas. Mais avec le temps, on s\u2019y habitue. A un tel point que pour certains, un repas sans banane est incomplet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est cette impression de monotonie qui, je pense, encouragea ma m\u00e8re, un beau jour, \u00e0 nous proposer sa toute premi\u00e8re salade de bananes au menu. Je dois vous avouer que cette mani\u00e8re de pr\u00e9senter la banane ne fit pas l\u2019unanimit\u00e9. De nombreuses questions me vinrent ce jour-l\u00e0. &nbsp;Pourquoi s\u2019\u00e9tait-elle donc ainsi compliqu\u00e9e la vie ? Nos bananes bouillies ne suffisent-elles pas ? Que peut-on bien leur reprocher ? La r\u00e9ponse de ma m\u00e8re ? Simple. Il faut parfois un changement. Nul ne peut se contenter de manger les m\u00eames choses ind\u00e9finiment. Je partage son opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il faut bien innover en cuisine.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 le pr\u00eacher. Cependant, je n\u2019arrive toujours pas \u00e0 comprendre la salade de bananes, surtout qu\u2019elle regorge d\u2019oignons. Notre salade de bananes est en effet un m\u00e9lange de banane bouillie, \u00e9chalotes, oignons, persil et vinaigrette que certains agr\u00e9mentent aussi parfois de c\u00e2pres ou d\u2019olives. Nul besoin de vous dire que je ne vois pas l\u2019ajout d\u2019oignons et d\u2019\u00e9chalotes d\u2019un bon \u0153il. Cette salade fut absente de son menu pendant des ann\u00e9es. Le weekend dernier, cependant, tout allait changer. Ma m\u00e8re voulait absolument une salade de bananes. Elle \u00e9tait d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 en pr\u00e9parer que nous approuvions son choix ou non. Nous avions une nouvelle r\u00e9colte de bananes provenant de notre <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/lakou-lakay\/\">lakou lakay<\/a> et elle voulait absolument essayer cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 en salade, ce que j&#8217;acceptai avec beaucoup de r\u00e9ticences. Je ne pouvais m\u2019emp\u00eacher de grimacer \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019avoir \u00e0 manger de la banane au go\u00fbt d\u2019oignons. Fort heureusement, elle accepta d\u2019omettre les oignons. Elle n\u2019h\u00e9sita pas non plus lorsque je lui sugg\u00e9rai d\u2019y ajouter de l\u2019avocat. Sans cet ajout, je crois bien que j\u2019aurais boud\u00e9 sa salade. J\u2019ai toujours aim\u00e9 une bouch\u00e9e de banane bouillie et avocat combin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dois admettre que sa salade \u00e9tait bienvenue \u00e0 notre table ce jour-l\u00e0. Que nous l\u2019aimions ou non, elle \u00e9gaya bien la table. Elle apporta une nouvelle touche \u00e0 un menu autrement monotone. Bouillies, frites ou pes\u00e9es, ces vivres alimentaires se retrouvent \u00e0 tous les repas du midi et diners dignes de ce nom. Cette tradition culinaire peut sans doute vous sembler monotone. C\u2019est souvent le cas. Mais avec le temps, on s\u2019y habitue. A un tel point que pour certains, un repas sans banane est incomplet. C\u2019est cette impression de monotonie qui, je pense, encouragea ma m\u00e8re, un beau jour, \u00e0 nous proposer sa toute premi\u00e8re salade de bananes au menu. Je dois vous avouer que cette mani\u00e8re de pr\u00e9senter la banane ne fit pas l\u2019unanimit\u00e9. De nombreuses questions me vinrent ce jour-l\u00e0. &nbsp;Pourquoi s\u2019\u00e9tait-elle donc ainsi compliqu\u00e9e la vie ? Nos bananes bouillies ne suffisent-elles pas ? Que peut-on bien leur reprocher ? La r\u00e9ponse de ma m\u00e8re ? Simple. Il faut parfois un changement. Nul ne peut se contenter de manger les m\u00eames choses ind\u00e9finiment. Je partage son opinion. Il faut bien innover en cuisine. Je suis la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 le pr\u00eacher. Cependant, je n\u2019arrive toujours pas \u00e0 comprendre la salade de bananes, surtout qu\u2019elle regorge d\u2019oignons. Notre salade de bananes est en effet un m\u00e9lange de banane bouillie, \u00e9chalotes, oignons, persil et vinaigrette que certains agr\u00e9mentent aussi parfois de c\u00e2pres ou d\u2019olives. Nul besoin de vous dire que je ne vois pas l\u2019ajout d\u2019oignons et d\u2019\u00e9chalotes d\u2019un bon \u0153il. Vous savez que les oignons et moi nous ne faisons pas bon m\u00e9nage. Face \u00e0 cette d\u00e9sapprobation de sa salade de bananes, ma m\u00e8re abandonna vite cette recette. Cette salade fut absente de son menu pendant des ann\u00e9es. Le weekend dernier, cependant, tout allait changer. Ma m\u00e8re voulait absolument une salade de bananes. Elle \u00e9tait d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 en pr\u00e9parer que nous approuvions son choix ou non. Nous avions une nouvelle r\u00e9colte de bananes provenant de notre lakou lakay et elle voulait absolument essayer cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 en salade, ce que j&#8217;acceptai avec beaucoup de r\u00e9ticences. Je ne pouvais m\u2019emp\u00eacher de grimacer \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019avoir \u00e0 manger de la banane au go\u00fbt d\u2019oignons. Fort heureusement, elle accepta d\u2019omettre les oignons. Elle n\u2019h\u00e9sita pas non plus lorsque je lui sugg\u00e9rai d\u2019y ajouter de l\u2019avocat. Sans cet ajout, je crois bien que j\u2019aurais boud\u00e9 sa salade. J\u2019ai toujours aim\u00e9 une bouch\u00e9e de banane bouillie et avocat combin\u00e9. Je dois admettre que sa salade \u00e9tait bienvenue \u00e0 notre table ce jour-l\u00e0.
