Ma m\u00e8re le servait le Samedi. Pour moi, ce plat au menu \u00e9tait signe qu\u2019elle ne savait pas trop quoi nous servir ce jour-l\u00e0. Ce ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme \u00e9tait la solution facile, mais bizarre et inacceptable \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Inacceptable, pourquoi ? Simplement parce qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque je n\u2019imaginais pas un repas sans accompagnement. En bonne Ha\u00eftienne, il fallait que viande et vivres alimentaires soient \u00e0 tous les menus. De plus, mon p\u00e8re n\u2019appr\u00e9ciait pas non plus ce genre de repas simplifi\u00e9s. Son aversion pour ce gratin alimentait donc la mienne et me donnait encore plus de raisons de bouder \u00e0 table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&#8217;hui, mon attitude est toute autre. Je ne dirai pas non \u00e0 un ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que j\u2019imaginais enfant, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un plat dont la pr\u00e9paration peut \u00eatre assez complexe notamment lorsque toutes les couches ne sont pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Le ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme inclut des couches de ma\u00efs, de viande moulue, une sauce \u00e0 base de tomates et, parfois, une b\u00e9chamel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rassurez-vous. Je ne tente pas de vous compliquer la vie. Tout comme ma m\u00e8re, il m\u2019arrive aussi parfois de privil\u00e9gier les recettes simples et faciles. La recette que je vous propose aujourd\u2019hui est donc simplifi\u00e9e. Elle inclut de la cr\u00e8me fraiche en lieu et place de la b\u00e9chamel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites-moi confiance, la cr\u00e8me est un excellent substitut. Votre ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme sera toujours cr\u00e9meux et vous passerez bien moins de temps en cuisine. Ce truc, je l\u2019ai h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de ma m\u00e8re qui ne pr\u00e9pare pratiquement plus de b\u00e9chamel. Elle privil\u00e9gie la cr\u00e8me qui est un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entre autre,&nbsp; vous pouvez aussi pr\u00e9parer ce gratin \u00e0 partir de restes de polenta et de viande moulue si vous en avez.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n\u2019\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9s de les cuire strictement pour le ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme. Celui que je vous sers en photos aujourd\u2019hui en est la preuve. Je l\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en utilisant ce qui restait d\u2019un repas de la veille. Ma m\u00e8re nous avait concoct\u00e9 un ma\u00efs \u00e0 la tomate et avait aussi d\u00e9j\u00e0 assaisonn\u00e9 de la viande moulue. Ce jour-l\u00e0, je n\u2019ai donc eu qu\u2019\u00e0 cuire la viande et mes tomates. &nbsp;Mon ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme \u00e9tait pr\u00eat pour la cuisson en peu de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je comprends d\u00e9sormais pourquoi ma m\u00e8re nous servait ce plat le samedi. En bonne Ha\u00eftienne, il fallait que viande et vivres alimentaires soient \u00e0 tous les menus. De plus, mon p\u00e8re n\u2019appr\u00e9ciait pas non plus ce genre de repas simplifi\u00e9s. Son aversion pour ce gratin alimentait donc la mienne et me donnait encore plus de raisons de bouder \u00e0 table. Aujourd&#8217;hui, mon attitude est toute autre. Je ne dirai pas non \u00e0 un ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Le fromage et la b\u00e9chamel dont on le recouvre assez souvent en font un d\u00e9licieux plat. Qu\u2019est-ce que le ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme&nbsp;? Je le d\u00e9crirais comme un gratin\u00e9 de ma\u00efs et viande moulue ou, encore mieux, une lasagne pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec du ma\u00efs moulu en lieu et place des p\u00e2tes. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que j\u2019imaginais enfant, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un plat dont la pr\u00e9paration peut \u00eatre assez complexe notamment lorsque toutes les couches ne sont pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Le ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme inclut des couches de ma\u00efs, de viande moulue, une sauce \u00e0 base de tomates et, parfois, une b\u00e9chamel. Rassurez-vous. Je ne tente pas de vous compliquer la vie. Tout comme ma m\u00e8re, il m\u2019arrive aussi parfois de privil\u00e9gier les recettes simples et faciles. La recette que je vous propose aujourd\u2019hui est donc simplifi\u00e9e. Elle inclut de la cr\u00e8me fraiche en lieu et place de la b\u00e9chamel. Faites-moi confiance, la cr\u00e8me est un excellent substitut. Votre ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme sera toujours cr\u00e9meux et vous passerez bien moins de temps en cuisine. Ce truc, je l\u2019ai h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de ma m\u00e8re qui ne pr\u00e9pare pratiquement plus de b\u00e9chamel. Elle privil\u00e9gie la cr\u00e8me qui est un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s. Entre autre,&nbsp; vous pouvez aussi pr\u00e9parer ce gratin \u00e0 partir de restes de polenta et de viande moulue si vous en avez. Vous n\u2019\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9s de les cuire strictement pour le ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme. Celui que je vous sers en photos aujourd\u2019hui en est la preuve. Je l\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en utilisant ce qui restait d\u2019un repas de la veille. Ma m\u00e8re nous avait concoct\u00e9 un ma\u00efs \u00e0 la tomate et avait aussi d\u00e9j\u00e0 assaisonn\u00e9 de la viande moulue. Ce jour-l\u00e0, je n\u2019ai donc eu qu\u2019\u00e0 cuire la viande et mes tomates. &nbsp;Mon ma\u00efs \u00e0 la bonne femme \u00e9tait pr\u00eat pour la cuisson en peu de temps. Je comprends d\u00e9sormais pourquoi ma m\u00e8re nous servait ce plat le samedi. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un plat simple qui peut \u00eatre agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 selon les go\u00fbts et
