Je recherchais ce fromage pour agr\u00e9menter les plats que je concoctais au go\u00fbt de chez nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un oncle m\u2019exp\u00e9dia un fromage \u00e0 pellicule rouge qui n&#8217;avait pas su satisfaire mon envie. Il avait suffit que j\u2019introduise mon couteau dans la boule pour me rendre compte qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agissait pas de notre T\u00eate de Maure ha\u00eftien. De plus, l\u2019\u00e9tiquette portait le nom d\u2019Edam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une recherche allait vite me faire comprendre comment cet oncle, aussi Ha\u00eftien que moi, avait pu m\u2019envoyer ce fromage. Je compris alors que ce que nous appelons en Ha\u00efti T\u00eate de Maure est en fait de l\u2019Edam \u00e2g\u00e9. Celui que mon oncle m\u2019avait envoy\u00e9 n\u2019avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt simplement parce qu\u2019il \u00e9tait plus doux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre T\u00eate de Maure ou Edam \u00e2g\u00e9, qui nous vient de la Hollande,&nbsp;est plus sec, plus sal\u00e9 et a un go\u00fbt beaucoup plus fort qui agr\u00e9mente nos recettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous invite \u00e0 l\u2019essayer.
