Je partais toujours d\u2019un fou rire lorsqu\u2019il appelait notre bonbon sirop ainsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le bonbon sirop est une sorte de g\u00e2teau typique de notre cuisine \u00e0 base de gros sirop (sirop de canne) et d\u2019un m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices douces.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfants, nous \u00e9tions tous friands du bonbon sirop de ma grand-m\u00e8re. Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une de ses nombreuses sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s et certainement de celle que pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient ses petits enfants. J\u2019\u00e9tais en classe terminale au secondaire que je r\u00e9clamais encore qu\u2019elle m\u2019en pr\u00e9pare. J\u2019avoue qu\u2019elle nous avait pass\u00e9 sa recette, mais qui peut remplacer <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/grandmother-haitian-cordon-bleu\/\">une grand-m\u00e8re cordon bleu<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rions qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9pare elle-m\u00eame le bonbon sirop, autrement nous n\u2019en mangions pas. Bien que nous recevions chacun notre bonbon sirop en alternance, une telle pratique faisait quand m\u00eame des jaloux. Nous voulions tous en recevoir en m\u00eame temps et \u00e9tions contre l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019elle en envoie dans une maison autre que la n\u00f4tre si nous n\u2019en recevions pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous ne r\u00e9clamions pas seulement un moule entier, nous demandions aussi qu\u2019elle nous envoie notre bonbon sirop dans son moule de cuisson. La raison? Nous nous rassasiions des cro\u00fbtes collantes et encore plus onctueuses que le bonbon complet qui restaient attach\u00e9es au moule. Nous les aimions tant qu\u2019elle prit l\u2019habitude de pr\u00e9parer son bonbon sirop dans un moule rond. Nous avions ainsi beaucoup plus de ces d\u00e9licieuses cro\u00fbtes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bonbons sirop j\u2019ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 d\u2019en manger il y a quelques ann\u00e9es lorsque, la vieillesse aidant, ma grand-m\u00e8re n\u2019\u00e9tait plus en mesure d\u2019en pr\u00e9parer. J\u2019\u00e9tais toujours d\u00e9\u00e7ue des bonbons sirop achet\u00e9s en magasins. Ils sont simplement trop secs et trop \u00e9pic\u00e9s \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En fait, ma grand-m\u00e8re pr\u00e9parait les meilleurs bonbons sirop que je n\u2019aie jamais mang\u00e9s.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Les siens \u00e9taient toujours onctueux et \u201cmouill\u00e9s\u201d avec la juste quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pices douces. Il est tr\u00e8s difficile, sinon impossible, de surpasser sa recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Son bonbon sirop \u00e9tait simplement unique. Un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9lice!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que nous ayons aujourd\u2019hui ses recettes \u2013 je partage l\u2019une d\u2019entre elles au bas de cet article \u2013 je pense que ces petits-enfants n\u2019oublieront jamais ceux qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9parait. J\u2019\u00e9tais en classe terminale au secondaire que je r\u00e9clamais encore qu\u2019elle m\u2019en pr\u00e9pare. J\u2019avoue qu\u2019elle nous avait pass\u00e9 sa recette, mais qui peut remplacer une grand-m\u00e8re cordon bleu? Nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rions qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9pare elle-m\u00eame le bonbon sirop, autrement nous n\u2019en mangions pas. Nous aimions tant sa pr\u00e9paration qu\u2019elle devait nous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 chacun un moule complet qu\u2019elle nous envoyait \u00e0 tour de r\u00f4le. C\u2019\u00e9tait sa fa\u00e7on \u00e0 elle de nous g\u00e2ter et de nous manifester son affection. Bien que nous recevions chacun notre bonbon sirop en alternance, une telle pratique faisait quand m\u00eame des jaloux. Nous voulions tous en recevoir en m\u00eame temps et \u00e9tions contre l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019elle en envoie dans une maison autre que la n\u00f4tre si nous n\u2019en recevions pas. Nous ne r\u00e9clamions pas seulement un moule entier, nous demandions aussi qu\u2019elle nous envoie notre bonbon sirop dans son moule de cuisson. La raison? Nous nous rassasiions des cro\u00fbtes collantes et encore plus onctueuses que le bonbon complet qui restaient attach\u00e9es au moule. Nous les aimions tant qu\u2019elle prit l\u2019habitude de pr\u00e9parer son bonbon sirop dans un moule rond. Nous avions ainsi beaucoup plus de ces d\u00e9licieuses cro\u00fbtes. Les bonbons sirop j\u2019ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 d\u2019en manger il y a quelques ann\u00e9es lorsque, la vieillesse aidant, ma grand-m\u00e8re n\u2019\u00e9tait plus en mesure d\u2019en pr\u00e9parer. J\u2019\u00e9tais toujours d\u00e9\u00e7ue des bonbons sirop achet\u00e9s en magasins. Ils sont simplement trop secs et trop \u00e9pic\u00e9s \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt. En fait, ma grand-m\u00e8re pr\u00e9parait les meilleurs bonbons sirop que je n\u2019aie jamais mang\u00e9s. Les siens \u00e9taient toujours onctueux et \u201cmouill\u00e9s\u201d avec la juste quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pices douces. Il est tr\u00e8s difficile, sinon impossible, de surpasser sa recette. Son bonbon sirop \u00e9tait simplement unique. Un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9lice! Bien que nous ayons aujourd\u2019hui ses recettes \u2013 je partage l\u2019une d\u2019entre elles au bas de cet article \u2013 je pense que ces petits-enfants n\u2019oublieront jamais ceux qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9parait.
