Mais j\u2019en ai rarement pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Les sandwiches de mon enfance se r\u00e9sumaient \u00e0 des sandwiches au fromage ou au jambon et fromage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019occasion, je d\u00e9gustais un croque-monsieur, sandwich que je ne r\u00e9ussis malheureusement pas. Lorsque l\u2019envie d\u2019en manger me prend, je me rends chez des cousins \u00e0 l\u2019heure du petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne suis donc d\u00e9finitivement pas une pro des sandwiches. Pourtant, comme vous le savez bien, l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re je me suis inscrite dans la cat\u00e9gorie sandwich d\u2019un concours !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ce sandwich que je vous propose au menu du jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et oui, apr\u00e8s vous avoir r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que je ne r\u00e9ussi pas un simple croque-monsieur, j\u2019ai l\u2019audace de vous proposer un sandwich aux \u00e9crevisses grill\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas. Cette recette, vous pouvez l\u2019essayer. Vu que je l\u2019ai soumise \u00e0 un concours, je l\u2019ai mani\u00e9e et remani\u00e9e \u00e0 maintes reprises durant trois mois. Je vous encourage d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 l\u2019utiliser si jamais on en vend dans votre coin du monde. J\u2019utilise moi m\u00eame la baguette car c\u2019est ce type de pain que je retrouve dans les boulangeries ha\u00eftiennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui attrait \u00e0 la <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-spicy-orange-rum-glaze-tchakayiti-2\/\">sauce au rhum,<\/a> c\u2019est elle qui cr\u00e9e un lien entre tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Elle nappe les \u00e9crevisses et le bacon caram\u00e9lis\u00e9.
