Il a fallu que je loupe une recette de giraumon r\u00f4ti au four pour me lancer dans une seconde aventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fort heureusement, je n\u2019avais pas utilis\u00e9 mon morceau entier de giraumon pour cette recette rat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u00e9cidai donc de continuer mon \u00e9pop\u00e9e en pr\u00e9parant mon giraumon diff\u00e9remment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arm\u00e9e d&#8217;un couteau, je m\u2019effor\u00e7ai de le couper en en forme de frites. Un v\u00e9ritable exercice musculaire pour mes bras&nbsp;! Je ne savais pas le giraumon aussi ferme et difficile \u00e0 couper. J\u2019obtins ce jour-l\u00e0 une premi\u00e8re fourn\u00e9e de b\u00e2tonnets de giraumon tordus que je d\u00e9cidai quand m\u00eame de faire frire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tordus ou pas, il fallait que je fasse l\u2019essai. Et avec raison. Mes frites tordues s\u2019av\u00e9r\u00e8rent savoureuses. Elles me rappel\u00e8rent \u00e9trangement notre lam veritab. Je ne pense pas exag\u00e9rer en affirmant qu\u2019elles avaient EXACTEMENT le m\u00eame go\u00fbt que nos lam veritab frites. Je pr\u00e9parai une seconde fourn\u00e9e. Mes \u2018frites\u2019 que je devrais sans doute d\u00e9sormais appeler accord\u00e9ons au giraumon avaient bien meilleure texture que les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dois mentionner que les frites au giraumon ne sont pas aussi croustillantes que les frites traditionnelles. Une fois plong\u00e9es dans l\u2019huile elles rev\u00eatent une fine couche croustillante qui prot\u00e8ge un int\u00e9rieur moelleux. Je recommande d\u2019enlever autant que possible la partie centrale proche des grains parce qu\u2019elle est encore plus molle que le reste du l\u00e9gume.&nbsp;L\u2019huile doit aussi \u00eatre tr\u00e8s chaude avant de les faire frire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les \u00ab&nbsp;frites&nbsp;\u00bb pr\u00eates, il faut les saupoudrer de sel avant de les d\u00e9guster. Du thym frais et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, notamment du T\u00eate de Maure, les rendent encore plus savoureuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019occasion se pr\u00e9sentait, j\u2019en pr\u00e9parerais encore. Mais vu que j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 au moins cinq recettes \u00e0 base de giraumon ces derniers temps, je prendrai une petite pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par contre, je vous encourage, chers lecteurs \u00e0 prendre la rel\u00e8ve. Ces frites, je ne les avais pas planifi\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Il a fallu que je loupe une recette de giraumon r\u00f4ti au four pour me lancer dans une seconde aventure. Fort heureusement, je n\u2019avais pas utilis\u00e9 mon morceau entier de giraumon pour cette recette rat\u00e9e. Je d\u00e9cidai donc de continuer mon \u00e9pop\u00e9e en pr\u00e9parant mon giraumon diff\u00e9remment. Arm\u00e9e d&#8217;un couteau, je m\u2019effor\u00e7ai de le couper en en forme de frites. Un v\u00e9ritable exercice musculaire pour mes bras&nbsp;! Je ne savais pas le giraumon aussi ferme et difficile \u00e0 couper. J\u2019obtins ce jour-l\u00e0 une premi\u00e8re fourn\u00e9e de b\u00e2tonnets de giraumon tordus que je d\u00e9cidai quand m\u00eame de faire frire. Tordus ou pas, il fallait que je fasse l\u2019essai. Et avec raison. Mes frites tordues s\u2019av\u00e9r\u00e8rent savoureuses. Elles me rappel\u00e8rent \u00e9trangement notre lam veritab. Je ne pense pas exag\u00e9rer en affirmant qu\u2019elles avaient EXACTEMENT le m\u00eame go\u00fbt que nos lam veritab frites. Si vous ne me croyez pas, essayez aussi ma recette de veritab pes\u00e9es que vous trouverez ici. Ce constat m\u2019encouragea \u00e0 faire encore une fois travailler mes muscles. Je pr\u00e9parai une seconde fourn\u00e9e. Sauf que cette fois-ci, me laissant inspirer par nos veritab en accord\u00e9on dont je n\u2019ai pas encore partag\u00e9 la recette, je coupai mon giraumon en lamelles dans le sens de la longueur avant de le faire frire. Cette deuxi\u00e8me fourn\u00e9e en valu la peine. Mes \u2018frites\u2019 que je devrais sans doute d\u00e9sormais appeler accord\u00e9ons au giraumon avaient bien meilleure texture que les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Je dois mentionner que les frites au giraumon ne sont pas aussi croustillantes que les frites traditionnelles. Une fois plong\u00e9es dans l\u2019huile elles rev\u00eatent une fine couche croustillante qui prot\u00e8ge un int\u00e9rieur moelleux. Je recommande d\u2019enlever autant que possible la partie centrale proche des grains parce qu\u2019elle est encore plus molle que le reste du l\u00e9gume.&nbsp;L\u2019huile doit aussi \u00eatre tr\u00e8s chaude avant de les faire frire. Une fois les \u00ab&nbsp;frites&nbsp;\u00bb pr\u00eates, il faut les saupoudrer de sel avant de les d\u00e9guster. Du thym frais et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, notamment du T\u00eate de Maure, les rendent encore plus savoureuses. Si l\u2019occasion se pr\u00e9sentait, j\u2019en pr\u00e9parerais encore. Mais vu que j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 au moins cinq recettes \u00e0 base de giraumon ces derniers temps, je prendrai une petite pause. Par contre, je vous encourage, chers lecteurs \u00e0 prendre la rel\u00e8ve. Essayez ces frites de giraumon et faites-moi savoir ce que vous en pensez dans les commentaires.
