Nous pensions ainsi pouvoir passer cette pulpe au robot culinaire pour la transformer en une pur\u00e9e qui serait la base de notre cocktail. Enfin, c\u2019est ce que nous imaginions faire. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 fut toute autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a fallu que nous \u00e9pluchions environ six mangues pour nous puissions nous rendre compte, et finalement accepter, que nos efforts seraient vains. La pulpe ne se d\u00e9tacherait pas du noyau. Nous ne pourrions donc pas en extraire le jus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il nous fallait faire face \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. A se demander pourquoi nous n\u2019avions pas pens\u00e9 aux mangues fransik d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans doute \u00e9tions-nous si anim\u00e9s par notre d\u00e9sir de vengeance contre un simple manguier que nous en avions perdu toute notion de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme je m\u2019ent\u00eate \u00e0 le r\u00e9p\u00e9ter sur ce blog, les proportions ne sont pas mon fort. Je vous encourage donc \u00e0 utiliser celles figurant plus bas comme point de d\u00e9part et \u00e0 vous laisser guider par vos papilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un jus de mangue frais. Ne laisser donc pas votre cocktail reposer trop longtemps car le jus de mangue plus \u00e9pais risque de se s\u00e9parer des autres liquides et de se d\u00e9poser au fond de votre verre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 mangues francisques (mango fransik)<\/li><li>2 \u00e0 3 parts de jus de citron<\/li><li>3 parts de rhum blanc<\/li><li>3 parts de sirop de canne<\/li><li>Sucre (au go\u00fbt)<\/li><li>Gla\u00e7ons<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lavez, \u00e9pluchez et coupez les mangues.<\/li><li>R\u00e9duisez les morceaux de mangues en pur\u00e9e au blender. Passez \u00e0 la passoire<\/li><li>M\u00e9langez le jus de citron et le jus de mangue<\/li><li>Ajoutez le sirop de canne et remuer.
