Pourtant, c\u2019est ce que je faisais il y a quelques semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pr\u00e9lude \u00e0 notre long weekend carnavalesque, nous avions, mes coll\u00e8gues et moi, choisi de nous pr\u00e9parer un repas digne des festivit\u00e9s d\u2019alors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au menu&nbsp;: <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/banana-beignet-recipe\/\">beignets aux figues<\/a>, marinades au poulet, et une de mes innovations en cuisine, des marinades aux \u00e9crevisses. Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une adaptation de la <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/marinades-haiti-beignets-sales\/\">recette de base de nos marinades au poulet<\/a> que j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 partag\u00e9e avec vous sur ce blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sachant que, contrairement aux beignets qui sont aussi d\u00e9licieux chauds que froids, les marinades devaient se consommer d\u00e8s leur sortie de la casserole, nous avions d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les faire frire au bureau m\u00eame un peu avant l\u2019heure du lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous \u00e9tions loin d\u2019imaginer qu\u2019une simple friture nous donnerait des probl\u00e8mes. Nous avions \u00e0 peine plong\u00e9 nos premi\u00e8res cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es de p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire dans l\u2019huile, que notre four nous l\u00e2chait. De plus, les ar\u00f4mes de nos marinades risquaient de flotter dans l\u2019air des heures durant et ce, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s notre d\u00e9part. Assaisonnez-les de sel et de poivre et mettez-les de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li><li>Entre temps, pr\u00e9parez votre bouillon<\/li><li>Recouvrez les carcasses d\u2019\u00e9crevisses d\u2019eau.
