Rassurez-vous, je ne parle pas simplement de cuire ces l\u00e9gumes seuls et de les imposer \u00e0 celui qui n\u2019en mange pas. Je serais bien la derni\u00e8re \u00e0 pr\u00f4ner une telle pratique vu que j\u2019en serais moi-m\u00eame la premi\u00e8re victime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n\u2019ai jamais vraiment aim\u00e9 les l\u00e9gumes et je n\u2019arrive toujours pas \u00e0 faire la paix avec certains d\u2019entre eux. Les carottes bouillies ou encore le chou cuit ou en salade simple me rebutent toujours. J\u2019arrive cependant \u00e0 les manger sous d\u2019autres formes dont le \u00ab l\u00e9gume \u00bb mentionn\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t que j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier au fil des ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand je parle de pr\u00e9parer un \u201cl\u00e9gume\u201d je parle en fait d\u2019un plat tr\u00e8s populaire dans notre cuisine locale. A base de l\u00e9gumes, comme vous devez l\u2019avoir maintenant compris, auxquels on ajoute assez souvent une viande ou des fruits de mer, le \u201cl\u00e9gume\u201d aussi connu sous le nom de \u201ctouff\u00e9 l\u00e9gume\u201d est une sorte de rago\u00fbt ou ratatouille de l\u00e9gumes \u00e9cras\u00e9s qui figure r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au menu de tous les jours chez de nombreuses familles ha\u00eftiennes. Le mirliton et les aubergines en sont les ingr\u00e9dients cl\u00e9s que certains combinent souvent bien qu&#8217;il soit possible de pr\u00e9parer le touff\u00e9 avec un seul de ces l\u00e9gumes. J\u2019ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la pr\u00e9paration incluant les aubergines car le touff\u00e9 l\u00e9gume a une meilleure consistance \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt que lorsqu\u2019il est simplement \u00e0 base de mirliton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u2019entendre parler vous devinez certainement que j\u2019aime bien ce plat. Lorsque le touffe l\u00e9gume est au menu, je m\u2019en sers en effet copieusement. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs l\u2019une des rares fois que vous d\u00e9c\u00e8lerez un app\u00e9tit pour les l\u00e9gumes chez moi.&nbsp; Je le mange accompagn\u00e9 de bananes bouillies en entr\u00e9e et cl\u00f4ture le repas en le m\u00e9langeant au riz. Et si on y ajoute des ciriques, alors l\u00e0\u2026 se koupe dw\u00e8t !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais, attention, je ne consommerai mon touffe qui si tous les l\u00e9gumes sont bien \u00e9cras\u00e9s !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous comprenez donc maintenant mon affirmation en d\u00e9but d\u2019article. Je suis la preuve qu\u2019un touff\u00e9 ou \u00ab l\u00e9gume \u00bb ha\u00eftien est une excellente strat\u00e9gie pour faire manger les l\u00e9gumes par celui qui ne les aime pas. Vous pouvez l\u2019adapter \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt et y ajouter la viande de votre choix.&nbsp; J\u2019ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence particuli\u00e8re pour la viande de porc et les ciriques dont le go\u00fbt impr\u00e8gne les l\u00e9gumes bien plus que la viande de b\u0153uf.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Si vous choisissez de l\u2019agr\u00e9menter de viande, je vous conseille de faire cuire les l\u00e9gumes dans l\u2019eau de cuisson de votre viande. Vous aurez un touff\u00e9 o\u00f9 toutes les saveurs s\u2019impr\u00e9gneront l\u2019une et l\u2019autre.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Je vous prie de noter que, n\u2019aimant pas vraiment les carottes et le chou, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re que tous ces l\u00e9gumes soient cuits et r\u00e9duis en pur\u00e9e. J\u2019ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la pr\u00e9paration incluant les aubergines car le touff\u00e9 l\u00e9gume a une meilleure consistance \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt que lorsqu\u2019il est simplement \u00e0 base de mirliton. A m\u2019entendre parler vous devinez certainement que j\u2019aime bien ce plat. Lorsque le touffe l\u00e9gume est au menu, je m\u2019en sers en effet copieusement. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs l\u2019une des rares fois que vous d\u00e9c\u00e8lerez un app\u00e9tit pour les l\u00e9gumes chez moi.&nbsp; Je le mange accompagn\u00e9 de bananes bouillies en entr\u00e9e et cl\u00f4ture le repas en le m\u00e9langeant au riz. Et si on y ajoute des ciriques, alors l\u00e0\u2026 se koupe dw\u00e8t ! Mais, attention, je ne consommerai mon touffe qui si tous les l\u00e9gumes sont bien \u00e9cras\u00e9s !
