Ceux d\u2019entre vous qui parcourent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le blog les connaissent certainement d\u00e9j\u00e0 et doivent se demander pourquoi je leur d\u00e9die encore un article, un troisi\u00e8me au fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je les aime tant et ils sont si \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s \u00e0 notre Carnaval, que je dirai simplement: pourquoi ne pas en parler?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rassurez-vous, je vous apporte du nouveau. Tout comme nos musiciens changent de meringues chaque ann\u00e9e, cette fois-ci je vous propose une nouvelle recette pour vous aider \u00e0 vous mettre vous aussi dans l\u2019ambiance o\u00f9 que vous soyez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fait, je vous ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 de ma toute <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-beignets\/\">premi\u00e8re d\u00e9couverte des beignets au jardin d\u2019enfants<\/a> et vous ai aussi pass\u00e9 la <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-beignets-recipe\/\">recette traditionnelle ha\u00eftienne<\/a>. Je n\u2019avais cependant pas encore mentionn\u00e9 qu\u2019il en existait une seconde version dont la recette se rapproche peut-\u00eatre un peu plus des beignets faits \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger avec une p\u00e2te \u00e0 frire et des morceaux de fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette seconde version est toujours \u00e0 base de figues sauf que celles-ci sont plut\u00f4t en morceaux et non r\u00e9duites en pur\u00e9e. Je ne sais trop si elle est aussi r\u00e9pandue que la premi\u00e8re. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment, je croyais que ma grand-m\u00e8re \u00e9tait la seule \u00e0 les pr\u00e9parer ainsi. Mais, il y a quelques mois, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert qu\u2019une de ses s\u0153urs les faisait elle aussi de cette mani\u00e8re. J\u2019ai donc fouill\u00e9 un peu et d\u00e9couvert que cette recette existe bel et bien dans nos r\u00e9pertoires culinaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai donc tent\u00e9 l\u2019aventure ce weekend \u00e9coul\u00e9. Les beignets \u00e9taient bons et excellents \u00e0 froid le lendemain matin apr\u00e8s qu\u2019ils aient \u00e9t\u00e9 impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s de sucre, mais j\u2019avoue que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re toujours nos beignets traditionnels et ce, simplement parce que le go\u00fbt des figues est beaucoup plus accentu\u00e9 lorsque le fruit est r\u00e9duit en pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ne me prenez pas au mot.
