Je ne savais pas trop \u00e0 quoi m&#8217;attendre \u00e0 mon arriv\u00e9e l\u00e0-bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;\u00e9tais loin d&#8217;imaginer que ma perception des pistaches serait chang\u00e9e \u00e0 tout jamais. Depuis plus de 20 ans que j\u2019en consommais, je n\u2019avais jamais cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir d\u2019o\u00f9 provenaient ces noix qui font la joie de mes papilles. En fait, si on me posait la question, je suis s\u00fbre et certaine que j\u2019aurais r\u00e9pondu avec conviction que les pistaches provenaient d\u2019un arbre sans trop savoir \u00e0 quoi il ressemblait. Je n\u2019arrive toujours pas \u00e0 comprendre que j\u2019aie pass\u00e9 toutes ces ann\u00e9es sans le savoir et que m\u00eame les adultes de mon entourage l\u2019ignoraient. Le mamba que j\u2019aime tant nous vient directement du sol!! Je crois bien que c\u2019est une des rares le\u00e7ons que j\u2019aurais appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e pendant les longues ann\u00e9es&nbsp; pass\u00e9es \u00e0 rab\u00e2cher des notions de biologie en classe secondaire. Enfin, c\u2019est ce que je pense\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains d\u2019entre vous doivent \u00eatre surpris d\u2019apprendre que je n\u2019avais jamais vu une plantule de pistaches avant ou que j\u2019ignorais la provenance de ces noix. A mon tour maintenant de vous faire d\u00e9couvrir les pistaches sous une autre forme. Si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas Ha\u00eftiens, vous ignorez probablement que chez nous, nous mangeons nos pistaches grill\u00e9es, cuites dans un sirop sous forme de <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/douce-escape\/\">douce pistache,<\/a> ou encore sous forme de mamba, notre beurre d\u2019arachide qui diff\u00e8re de la version \u00e9trang\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre mamba est plut\u00f4t sal\u00e9 et nous avons aussi une version agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de notre fameux piment bouc et donc piment\u00e9e. De plus, nous beurrons souvent nos tartines avant d\u2019y ajouter le beurre d\u2019arachide. Et oui, du beurre avec du beurre&nbsp;!
