Et quand la temp\u00e9rature est aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le ciel aussi bleu et ensoleill\u00e9, en bonne fille des Cara\u00efbes, je ne r\u00eave que de journ\u00e9es \u00e0 la plage et de lambi boucan\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vu qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident de pr\u00e9parer du lambi boucan\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison \u2013 comme mentionn\u00e9 dans l\u2019article &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/lambi-boucane\/\">Lambi boucan\u00e9, d\u00e9lice de mer<\/a>&#8221; cette version se pr\u00e9pare avec du lambi vivant \u2013 je partagerai de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence une recette de lambi grill\u00e9 esp\u00e9rant ainsi vous donner un peu le go\u00fbt de la mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une aventure avec ma m\u00e8re. Nous n\u2019avions jamais pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le lambi ainsi et n\u2019\u00e9tions pas certaines de le r\u00e9ussir. Nous n\u2019avions pas de recette et personne dans notre entourage pour nous conseiller. La bonne nouvelle est que cette premi\u00e8re tentative a \u00e9t\u00e9 fructueuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant passer \u00e0 la recette, je dois vous dire que nous avons coup\u00e9 le lambi en fines lamelles que nous avons laisser tremper dans des feuilles de papaye durant la nuit comme nous le faisons en Ha\u00efti pour attendrir la viande. Nous avons aussi omis le sel et toute autre \u00e9pice susceptible de durcir le lambi ou d\u2019en alt\u00e9rer le go\u00fbt. Sur le gril nous n\u2019avons retourn\u00e9 les morceaux qu\u2019une seule fois en faisant attention \u00e0 ne pas les laisser trop longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat? Un lambi grill\u00e9 tendre ayant le go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 de la mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lambi<\/li><li>Feuilles de papaye<\/li><li>Jus d&#8217;oranges am\u00e8res<\/li><li>Poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coupez le lambi en fines lamelles et frottez-les avec des feuilles de papayes<\/li><li>Laissez tremper les morceaux durant la nuit dans de l&#8217;eau, du jus d&#8217;oranges am\u00e8res et des feuilles de papaye<\/li><li>Assaisonnez le lambi de poivre et de jus d&#8217;oranges<\/li><li>Mettez les morceaux sur un gril chaud et les cuire en ne retournant qu&#8217;une seule fois.
