Je doute qu\u2019il s\u2019attendait \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse que je lui ai donn\u00e9e. Je lui ai imm\u00e9diatement r\u00e9pondu qu\u2019il ne pouvait visiter une plage de la Cara\u00efbe sans manger du lambi frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pense que c\u2019est l\u2019unique recommandation qu\u2019il ait vraiment retenue. J\u2019avais tant insist\u00e9. Je n\u2019\u00e9tais pourtant pas certaine qu\u2019il trouverait notre lambi ailleurs. Je me suis quand m\u00eame ent\u00eat\u00e9e \u00e0 le lui r\u00e9p\u00e9ter. Il ne pouvait revenir de sa croisi\u00e8re sans avoir consomm\u00e9 de lambi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai rarement pass\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e \u00e0 la plage sans lambi boucan\u00e9. La diff\u00e9rence entre les termes grill\u00e9 et boucan\u00e9 dans le cas du lambi est que le lambi grill\u00e9 se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 partir du lambi pr\u00e9alablement congel\u00e9 alors que le lambi boucan\u00e9 se pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du lambi dans sa coquille ayant encore le go\u00fbt de la mer: frais, ti\u00e8de avec le go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 de l\u2019oc\u00e9an qu\u2019ont la plupart des crustac\u00e9s fraichement p\u00each\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lambis encore vivants sont mis \u00e0 cuire sur un gril chaud.
