Seriez-vous d\u00e9gout\u00e9s ou fascin\u00e9s?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pense avoir toujours vu mon oncle dans cet \u00e9tat lorsque nous mangions chez lui, petits. Au d\u00e9but j\u2019\u00e9tais d\u00e9gout\u00e9e, mais avec le temps ce spectacle devenait fascinant. Le fait qu\u2019il choisissait d\u2019avoir un palais br\u00fblant et qu\u2019il aimait la chaleur suppl\u00e9mentaire que lui apportait le piment dans une maison o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature \u00e9tait elle-m\u00eame si chaude que l\u2019on y transpirait sans effort, m\u2019intriguait. Je trouvais ces \u00e9pisodes amusants car ma tante lui mettait \u00e0 tous les coups une serviette en papier sur le front, et il la gratifiait d&#8217;un regard lui signifiant que la sueur dans sa nourriture ou son geste ne le d\u00e9rangeaient point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette anecdote doit \u00eatre la meilleure li\u00e9e au piment bouc que j\u2019aie, et des anecdotes piment\u00e9es j\u2019en ai ! La raison en est simple, le piman est au c\u0153ur de notre cuisine Ha\u00eftienne et d\u00e9finitivement de ma famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le piman est en effet aussi populaire dans les cuisines Ha\u00eftiennes que le sel. Ecras\u00e9 au pilon ; cuit entier dans notre viande, nos fruits de mer, notre sos pwa ou encore notre diri kole ; en rondelles dans notre <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/haitian-pikliz-recipe\/\">pikliz<\/a>, ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 notre viande grill\u00e9e ou dans notre sauce Ti Malice, le piment bouc fait la personnalit\u00e9 de notre cuisine. Il est non seulement color\u00e9 \u2013 nos piments ont diff\u00e9rentes teintes de rouge, vert et orange \u2013 et a une forte saveur, mais il a \u00e9galement un ar\u00f4me qui s\u2019int\u00e8gre parfaitement \u00e0 nos plats ; un ar\u00f4me que je ne trouve toujours pas dans d\u2019autres vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de piments. Mais attention, un piment qui \u00e9clate dans votre repas en cuisson ou dans votre diri kole, risque de vous faire appeler les pompiers !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019appr\u00e9ciais justement l\u2019ar\u00f4me fort de nos piments bouc assez r\u00e9cemment alors que je pr\u00e9parais la <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/sauce-ti-malice-hot-sauce\/\">sauce Ti Malice<\/a> partag\u00e9e sur le blog. L\u2019odeur du piman sous mon pilon m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 celle de l\u2019ail chatouillait mes narines. Elle annon\u00e7ait que mon palais serait enchant\u00e9 aussit\u00f4t que ce m\u00e9lange piquant le toucherait. En effet, cette sauce \u00e9tait tout ce \u00e0 quoi mes papilles s\u2019attendaient ; le condiment parfait pour compl\u00e9menter notre griot et nos <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/lames-veritables-pesees\/\">lames veritables pes\u00e9es<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n\u2019ai toutefois pas transpir\u00e9 comme mon oncle ; je ne le fais jamais.
