Vous savez aussi qu\u2019en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je pr\u00e9pare les miennes sans \u0153ufs. En fait, cette pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence est le fruit des circonstances. Lorsqu\u2019il y a deux ans, je pr\u00e9parais ma toute premi\u00e8re cr\u00e8me, nous vivions des moments difficiles durant lesquels nous \u00e9tions enferm\u00e9s chez nous malgr\u00e9 nous. A l\u2019\u00e9poque, je n\u2019avais donc d\u2019autre choix que de limiter ma consommation des produits frais que nous avions \u00e0 notre disposition. Une cr\u00e8me pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec simplement quelques cuiller\u00e9es de f\u00e9cules de ma\u00efs m\u2019\u00e9vitait bien des gaspillages. Je pouvais profiter des fruits de notre cour sans me retrouver avec des blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs dont je ne savais quoi faire. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019est n\u00e9e ma toute premi\u00e8re <a href=\"http:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/a-sour-orange-curd-does-make-for-a-sweet-treat\/\">cr\u00e8me aux oranges am\u00e8res<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">J\u2019ai cependant choisi d\u2019essayer une&nbsp;recette \u00e0 base d\u2019\u0153ufs cette fois-ci.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voyez-vous, j\u2019avais envie de soupirs qui ne sont autre que des biscuits \u00e0 la meringue. En les pr\u00e9parant, je me retrouvai avec des jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs non utilis\u00e9s, ce qui fut l\u2019excuse id\u00e9ale pour que je me pr\u00e9pare une cr\u00e8me aux fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai choisi une cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres parce que c\u2019est la saison des m\u00fbres. Ces fruits sont en abondances dans notre cour ces jours-ci. Pour pr\u00e9parer cette cr\u00e8me, il a fallu que je m\u2019inspire d\u2019une recette. La <a href=\"https:\/\/kitchenconfidante.com\/simple-sundays-lemon-curd-recipe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cr\u00e8me au citron de Kitchen Confidente<\/a> \u00e9tait id\u00e9ale. Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9 mes soupirs, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 ma disposition trois jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs qu\u2019il me fallait simplement compl\u00e9ter d\u2019un \u0153uf entier. Une recette sans gaspillage que j\u2019utilisai comme recette de base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour remplacer le jus de citron, je pr\u00e9parai du jus de m\u00fbres agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de citron. Je n\u2019aurais pas pu faire meilleur choix. La cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres que je d\u00e9guste depuis \u00e0 une toute autre texture. Une cr\u00e8me aux fruits \u00e0 base d\u2019\u0153ufs est bien plus onctueuse qu\u2019une cr\u00e8me sans \u0153uf \u00e0 base de f\u00e9cules de ma\u00efs qui, elle, a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre g\u00e9latineuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres vaut la peine d\u2019\u00eatre essay\u00e9e. Je pouvais profiter des fruits de notre cour sans me retrouver avec des blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs dont je ne savais quoi faire. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019est n\u00e9e ma toute premi\u00e8re cr\u00e8me aux oranges am\u00e8res. J\u2019ai cependant choisi d\u2019essayer une&nbsp;recette \u00e0 base d\u2019\u0153ufs cette fois-ci. Voyez-vous, j\u2019avais envie de soupirs qui ne sont autre que des biscuits \u00e0 la meringue. En les pr\u00e9parant, je me retrouvai avec des jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs non utilis\u00e9s, ce qui fut l\u2019excuse id\u00e9ale pour que je me pr\u00e9pare une cr\u00e8me aux fruits. J\u2019ai choisi une cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres parce que c\u2019est la saison des m\u00fbres. Ces fruits sont en abondances dans notre cour ces jours-ci. Pour pr\u00e9parer cette cr\u00e8me, il a fallu que je m\u2019inspire d\u2019une recette. La cr\u00e8me au citron de Kitchen Confidente \u00e9tait id\u00e9ale. Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9 mes soupirs, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 ma disposition trois jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs qu\u2019il me fallait simplement compl\u00e9ter d\u2019un \u0153uf entier. Une recette sans gaspillage que j\u2019utilisai comme recette de base. Pour remplacer le jus de citron, je pr\u00e9parai du jus de m\u00fbres agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de citron. Je n\u2019aurais pas pu faire meilleur choix. La cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres que je d\u00e9guste depuis \u00e0 une toute autre texture. Une cr\u00e8me aux fruits \u00e0 base d\u2019\u0153ufs est bien plus onctueuse qu\u2019une cr\u00e8me sans \u0153uf \u00e0 base de f\u00e9cules de ma\u00efs qui, elle, a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre g\u00e9latineuse. Cette cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres vaut la peine d\u2019\u00eatre essay\u00e9e. Si vous ne savez pas trop quoi en faire, je vous fais les suggestions suivantes. Gaufres de Li\u00e8ges : Je ne peux r\u00e9sister \u00e0 ce type de gaufres. Ma recette de base est celle de mes gaufres \u00e0 la figure banane et au rhum que vous retrouverez ici sur le blog. J\u2019ai simplement remplac\u00e9 les bananes par la cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres que j\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9e de baies. Soupirs ou biscuits \u00e0 la meringue&nbsp;: Comme je le mentionne plus haut, mes soupirs, je les ai moi-m\u00eame pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Une fois qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient compl\u00e8tement froids, je les ai arros\u00e9s de ma cr\u00e8me aux m\u00fbres garnie de baies. Pas de panique. Si vous ne souhaitez pas tenter l\u2019aventure des soupirs faits-maison, vous pouvez certainement vous procurer des soupirs d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. G\u00e2teau de cr\u00eapes&nbsp;: Cette cr\u00e8me agr\u00e9menterait merveilleusement ce g\u00e2teau de cr\u00eapes fourr\u00e9 d\u2019une cr\u00e8me \u00e0 base de fromage frais.
