Il y avait non seulement beaucoup trop d\u2019\u0153ufs \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt, mais ces \u0153ufs devaient \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9s et les blancs battus en neige\u2026 Mais bon, je ne vais pas m\u2019attarder \u00e0 vous raconter combien je peux \u00eatre paresseuse quand il s\u2019agit de p\u00e2tisserie\u2026 J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 la version la plus simple des recettes tout en utilisant les proportions d\u2019\u00e9pices douces de celle que j\u2019avais initialement rejet\u00e9e. Le r\u00e9sultat ? Un pudding \u00e0 consistance tr\u00e8s fine avec la juste quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pices douces: cannelle, muscade, gingembre, essence de vanille, rhum\u2026 J&#8217;ai ensuite pr\u00e9par\u00e9e une sauce caramel alcoolis\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e en ligne, mais la sauce traditionelle serait une sauce au rhum.
