M\u00fbres ? \u00ab Rezen \u00bb ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019un des plus grands plaisirs de la vie en montagne en Ha\u00efti est de pouvoir s\u2019arr\u00eater lors des longues promenades pour d\u00e9guster les merveilles de la nature. Parmi ces merveilles, je ne saurais oublier les fraises des bois (m\u00fbres), petits fruits mauves qui se retrouvent le long d\u2019un chemin, d\u2019un sentier ou d\u2019une route dans les hauteurs de Fort-Jacques et de Kenscoff. Plus elles sont mauves, plus ces fraises sont agr\u00e9ables au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces petits fruits me permettaient de tenir le coup lors des interminables marches avec mon p\u00e8re, mes oncles, tantes et amis de la famille. Cueillies d\u2019un arbuste aux \u00e9pines pourtant si nombreuses, les fraises des bois faisaient la joie de ces longues marches de pr\u00e8s de deux heures \u00e0 destination de Kenscoff et me donnaient le courage de continuer. Elles \u00e9taient le pr\u00e9lude de nombreuses d\u00e9gustations qui auraient lieu une fois notre destination atteinte. En effet, Kenscoff de par son agriculture si riche nous offraient \u00e0 notre arriv\u00e9e tout un choix de fruits dont nous nous rassasiions avant de reprendre le chemin du retour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fraises des bois, il y a des ann\u00e9es que je n\u2019en ai mang\u00e9es. Nous n\u2019en avons m\u00eame plus dans notre cour \u00e0 la maison. Nous avons remplac\u00e9 ces arbustes sauvages par d\u2019autres, moins \u00e9pineux. L\u2019unique survivant de la famille est celui que nous appelons chez nous \u00abrezen\u00bb, j\u2019ose utiliser l\u2019orthographe cr\u00e9ole car ce fruit n\u2019a rien du vrai raisin.
