Mais je souhaite surtout raviver en moi la passion que j\u2019avais autrefois pour la r\u00e9daction de mes anecdotes culinaires; une passion qui s\u2019est \u00e9teinte \u00e0 petit feu au cours de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voyez-vous, ces derniers temps, nous avons un rapport amour-haine, Ha\u00efti et moi. Il m\u2019est tr\u00e8s difficile, pour ne pas dire, quasiment impossible, de t\u00e9moigner beaucoup d\u2019amour \u00e0 Ha\u00efti. Je suis fatigu\u00e9e. Ha\u00efti me brise le c\u0153ur au quotidien, et j\u2019ai tendance \u00e0 vouloir baisser les bras.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant, je ne saurais ignorer le fait que, lorsque j&#8217;ai lanc\u00e9 ce blog en 2014, je me donnais pour mission de pr\u00e9senter Ha\u00efti sous un jour plus positif \u00e0 travers sa cuisine. J&#8217;ai eu une belle enfance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des articles comme ceux qui racontent <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/fraises-des-bois-mures-rezen-2\/\">mes escapades en montagne<\/a> en famille, ou mes aventures sur ce qui \u00e9tait autrefois <a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">&#8220;mon&#8221; sommet<\/a> me rappellent qu&#8217;Ha\u00efti ne m&#8217;a tout de m\u00eame pas compl\u00e8tement fait tort. Si j&#8217;avais grandi ailleurs, je n&#8217;aurais jamais appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/lakou-lakay-2\/\">fruits de notre fructueux jardin<\/a>. Je n&#8217;aurais pas non plus appris \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/zanmann-tropical-almond-2\/\">casser des zanmann<\/a> ou \u00e0 rendre des adultes fous<a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/acerola-caribbean-cherries-2\/\"> en cueillant des cerises<\/a> de branches peupl\u00e9es de fourmis rouges. Je ne pourrais pas parler avec tendresse de gou lari a, cette saveur de rue cach\u00e9e dans les <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/spicy-fried-shrimp-a-trip-back-in-time-2\/\">crevettes frites du Carrefour \u201ctifou<\/a>\u201d ou dans les sachets en plastiques de <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/papita-gou-lari-a-2\/\">papita sal\u00e9s<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sans nos magnifiques plages, je n&#8217;aurais pas ces gourmands souvenirs de <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/lambi-boucane-2\/\">lambi boukannen<\/a> ou d\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/fresh-raw-oysters-beach-2\/\">hu\u00eetres fra\u00eeches<\/a> vite aval\u00e9es sous le soleil des Cara\u00efbes. Je n&#8217;aurais pas envie de ces <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/tablet-pistach-post-beach-treat-2\/\">tabl\u00e8t pistaches<\/a> collantes d\u00e9gust\u00e9es sur le chemin du retour apr\u00e8s un week-end en bord de mer.
