Cette ann\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un ami persistant et \u00e0 une envie irr\u00e9sistible de cr\u00e8me aux grenadias,&nbsp; j\u2019ai retrouv\u00e9 mon amour pour ce blog culinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, cet ami ne cessa de m&#8217;encourager \u00e0 relancer ce blog, \u00e0 reprendre <a href=\"https:\/\/tchakayiti.com\/home\/fr\/photographie-culinaire\/\">ma photographie culinaire<\/a>, l&#8217;\u00e9criture, et surtout, la cuisine. Il y a quelques mois, il m&#8217;a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de refaire ce g\u00e2teau au chocolat avec sa fameuse cr\u00e8me aux fruits de la passion et cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e qu&#8217;il avait d\u00e9couvert il y a quelques ann\u00e9es. Bien que je ne m\u2019adonne que rarement \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie, je suivis son conseil. Je savais qu&#8217;il \u00e9tait temps de reprendre la r\u00e9daction de ce blog, et j\u2019avais une envie de plat sucr\u00e9 aux grenadias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je ne m&#8217;attendais cependant pas \u00e0 ce que ce g\u00e2teau ait un impact aussi profond sur ma vie.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e, une explosion de bonheur m\u2019envahit. Le chocolat cuit impr\u00e9gna la maison de son ar\u00f4me irr\u00e9sistible tout en r\u00e9veillant en moi des souvenirs d&#8217;aventures culinaires pass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n\u2019exag\u00e9rerais pas si je disais que la pr\u00e9paration de ce g\u00e2teau raviva aussi mon enthousiasme pour l\u2019\u00e9criture. Pour preuve, depuis, j\u2019ai retrouv\u00e9 ma place en cuisine et sur ce blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration de ce g\u00e2teau ne visait pas seulement \u00e0 satisfaire une envie. Elle r\u00e9veilla une passion oubli\u00e9e et me rappela que les meilleures choses de la vie viennent des plaisirs les plus simples, comme un g\u00e2teau fait-maison \u00e0 partager avec ceux qui nous sont chers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vive la passion, sous toutes ses formes.
